One hinge on my laptop is broken?

My Acer Aspire laptop model 2010 is 4 yrs. old and has a broken hinge. Where do I get a new hinge and how do I access the screws (?) to open it up?

Hi is the metal hinge broken or is the plastic cracked around the hinge? I repaired mine yesterday Acer Travelmate 2312.
