Has your filtered water also gone off too ?. Has the fridge sounded quite noisy for a week or two prior to failure?. Suspect a problem with the autodefrost cycle. Empty contents of fridge and freezer remove bottom containers and put some tea towels or similar on bottom of fridge & freezer to collect thawed ice. Turn off at mains switch and leave for a couple days, with doors open to thaw out (good chance here for a thorough clean out). You can put a bowl of boiling water in the bottoms of the fridge and freezer to speed up the process, if you do, close the doors to keep the heat in. DO NOT try to speed up the process using a hair dryer or hot air gun, you will cause irrepairable damage to the lining. Also do not try to remove chunks of ice from the fridge by prizing it off with a knife or similar. After a couple of days, turn the machine back on and hey bravo- magic, nice and clean and everything works. If the problem re-occurrs after a few weeks, and you get a service engineer in, tell them what you have already done and he will check out the autodefrost circuit. Kindest regards, Steve
