how to derestric my transit?

i have just bought a w reg (2000) 2.4 td 350 ford transit. but it will only do 70 mph top speed. what do i need to do to over come this problem

If the vehicle is restriced then it is dealer removal only, but if this is a chassis cab then I suspect it's because it has a towing axle fitted and that is just the top speed.
