Hi my mower champion r484 mower will start on full choke and run for a little while only on full choke then it will conk out. I took the carb off and cleaned out the float chamberas it had a little rust and water in it. I blew through the jet and it was clear, but still having the same problem any ideas thanks Andy

You still have water in it. Did you drain the tank?
