what's wrong with my vauxhall vectra?

I have a 1999 (v) 1.8 vectra and when I come to a stop the engine starts to stall but picks up, has stalled a few times, always when slowing and coming to a stop, any ideas whats wrong?

i have a 2 litre vectra on a n reg and it has a consant misfire on both cylinder 1 and 4 can any one help please? thanks

Hi very common fault i,ve come across a lot.
The idle air control valve.
Thats the first thingid look at,have you got any warning lights on the dash?
