its obviously down to a fuel problem, a common fault with accent is the crank sensor you can find it at the front of the block to the right of the exhaust, also try and listen to hear if the fuel pump is running when the ignition is turned on? if you can not hear it running check fuses and relays if there are okay look at the pump its underneath the rear seats.
