How can i fix my dryer as its not heating and drying the clothes?

My Creda Simplicity condense dryer T622CW Is working in the fact its spinning however it is not drying the clothes and its not heating up?
please can you tell me how to fix this and where to get parts and how much this will cost please,
also do you know where i can download an instruction manual for the dryer as mine didnt come with one

FIRST unplug appliance, open the back mounted small panel with 12 - 15 screws, you will see two thermostats, disconnect each one at a time by connecting both spade connectors each. then plug the appliance, put on the highest heat position, if there is heat operating then you need to test the thermostat wether it in the open position/ closed position. thermostat must be in the closed position in order to supply current through to the element, open thermostat need to be replaced. (if the two thermostats are in the closed position then its your heating element. it may cost a couple of pounds save on buying a new appliance.
