ford fiesta 1.8 diesel?

The car has been sitting for two months and now doesn't work, it turns over but won't start. Well sorts of turns over its slow at turning over like half speed and the crank is sqeeling.
Can anyone help me?

Diesels need to turn over fast to make them fire, thats what makes them run, make sure you have a fully charged battery or jump start it if it turns over slowly it will never start, compression fires the fuel.
