i had same trouble i tried wire hot water & i took the inner skin under the arch at the front wheels & there is a rubber plug ,i then took the plug off & then all the water came out with loads of crap,you don't need to take of the arch all the way just undo two plastic flat headed screw bolts & then take off too of the plastic lugs at the mud flap end,by the way the mud guard screw was seized it just prize's of & pushes back on again.no more lakes in front passages foot well any more thank god,good luck wayne
