Hi, First Check to see if your pipes where the dishwasher drains out too are clean and free from gunk, I had the same problem and found that hair and all sorts of nasties where clogging up the pipes. secondly make sure the pipes where the water exits to clean the plates etc have not come away from the bottom of the dishwasher (upper feed tube locking cover) as i know that whirlpool dishwashers suffer from these catches breaking (Mine Broke) thus popping out when the force of water shoots through them .. thus not enough water to clean plates! Hope this helps.
