According to the 'helpful' manual, it says the 'ionisation circuit board is faulty'

So, which ones that. We had a circuit board replaced about 12 months ago related to the air switch

This time it works great, then it starts flashing to 60 light and nothing happens, reset or turn the boiler off/on and everything is fine again

This could be 2 days or 2 hours before it happens again and you lose hot water/heating and the boiler won't self start until its reset or turned off/on again

Turns out there is a water leak somewhere within the boiler, hopefully just a washer has gone or loose union

This is causing the water pressure to drop, so the boiler goes into safe mode as pressure is now to low


Until fixed, cure is simply to use filing loop to re-pressure system and reset or turn off/on boiler
