The fan has becom intermittant on our Neff B1641. I have removed the rear cover plate and the fan retaining nut but cannot seem to get the fan off. Help with this and what to do next would be appreciated.

chances are you will need a new fan motor assembly . to remove the motor you need to take out the oven from its housing remove the back and three screws (torx) hold it on. you can only remove it having taken off the fan blades inside the oven cavity first. fan motor part nos is probably 096825 at £72.85+carriage from appliance care ltd (08705543210) they will need the enr number of the oven which is on a sticker near the door seal . good luck
