how to stop cam and crack lockihg up?

ive tried that. ive put the cam in the correct posistion used the camshaft lockin tool and crackshaft tool but it still locks up

you must have crank pin in wrong place , i think woodruf key on crank points straight upwards when crank pin is in correct place.
