GE TFX30PR leaking water and icing up?

I keep finding water under my fridge. The collection pan in the back is always empty. My ice maker tray also forms a large clump of ice in the right, rear of the tray. Are these related? My water supply is not leaking from what I can tell.

I had the same exact problem with the addition of a lot of ice forming on the botttom of the freezer. It turned out to be a clogged defrost drain behind a panel in the freezer. There is a collection pan under the evaporator coil (a snake like tube with siver tinsle wrapped around it it). Blow some compressed air through it or use a snake to make sure it is clear.

You may find a lot of ice behind that panel in wich case you will have to defrost it completely for safe efficient operation.
