Replace a fuel line in a S25DA Poulan Chainsaw?

I was given the above saw with no fuel line, but has the tank filter. Is the fuel line one piece that runs from the tank to the carberator? If yes, how do you actually thread it and where? I have a new correct size fuel line, but can't get it into the tank through the hole, as well as the two other holes I have seen. Any suggestions there? I was told not to take the tank apart.

The easier way is too split about 5 inches of the gas line with a pair of scissors and push the line through and pull it with a needle nose pliers cut the split end off and confect the filter or the coupling in the rear. Pull the line out. I use some Vaseline or maybe aloe if you are fast to make it slip easier.

I replaced the lines on my poulan wildthing...i took a bit of dental floss (the tape type works best) and tightly wrapped the end and fed it through the tank and out the filler hole. Pulling on the dental floss with a bit of oil on the tubing worked great...
