Breaking Hinge on laptop?

The plastic around the right hinge is cracking but the hinge itself is not broken. It's getting bad that the front has a hairline crack in it coming from the corner screw hole. The plastic frame is also pulling away from the LCD monitor and on the other side when the lid is closed creating a gap. This also prevent the lid from fully closing and latching.

Don't worry, most laptops have a panel with the hinges connected to which can be removed. It's a cheap fix (I don't suggest taking it to PC World).

If you don't want to take it in for repair, try some glue? :p
