toothed adjuster accessible through backplate, situated just above axle tube, should have a grommet in hole. possibly will have to take wheels off to gain access. you will need to use something like a bent flat screwdriver to turn it .difficult task due to limited access.(not sure which way to turn them,depends how adjuster was fitted, but i think they are r/h thread. good luck.
