I have a hotpoint washing machine machine ultima super silent wf840 that has stopped working
The word test keeps flashing up in the digital display how do you remove this to operate the machine

What if your machine seems to be stuck in a Test mode and wont wash?

Stop the "TEST" cycle by holding down the "START/CANCEL" Button.
("Test" should disappear off the display)
Then hold down "START/CANCEL" & "ON/OFF" at the same time for a few seconds.
The message "d:Off" should appear in the display. Everything should work now
