changing recirc pump on bosch d'washer?

The engineer quoted £223 to replace the recirc pump, seal and housing on my dishwasher. I want to do it myself as the pump only costs £23 and the seal £28. Firstly do I need to replace both housing and seal. secondly, how to I get access to the pump? Dave

replacing the circ pump is not easy you have to take the complete tu of the base to gain access to the pump, to long to talk through and would not advise you to try. but you should not need any thing else just the pump dont need to replace the seal NORMALLY.
