How do I thread a new belt on my whirlpool tumble dryer? AWB672WH?

Okay.

The belt was not broken but one flange of one tensioner pulley had worn away.

I have replaced both pulleys and am now fitting a new belt.

The trouble is that the old belt was still in tact and I hadn't undone the spindles on the tensioner pulleys when removing it.

From this I gather that it should be possible to fit a new belt without removing the pulley wheels.

Does anyone know how the belt threads in relation to the puileys? A diagram would be useful.

Please email me on mw1@wellsmail.com if you can help with a diagram or post any advice here.

Many thanks

Necessity is the mother of invention!

Have managed to use my puny brain to work it out. It wasn't difficult.

Thanks for reading the post anyway.
