BLACK MARKS ON CLOTHES?

I HAVE A SERVIS TUMBLE DRYER AND IT IS LEAVING BLACK MARKS ON ALL MY CLOTHES ANY HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apparently it is something to do with the bearings going. I don't know if this is true as this is what a friend advised but they also said it was cheaper to buy a new one than get it repaired (like I say I don't know if this is correct or not).
