i have a fridge freezer servis m0330 model the freezer is working but the fridge isnt. all my dairy products are soft and my milk has gone of. i have tried putting temperature up. there is sound when i open the door and the light comes on.please help

It could be very easy to fix, you have a blockage inside the frezeer that is stopping the cold air going inside the fridge part.

Do a manual defrost for 5 hours and everything will go back to normal
