New Pumped Exposed Aqualisa Quartz Digital Shower not very powerful?

We bought and had installed a new Quartz Digital Exposed Pumped Shower in about July 07, and since then apart from a few weeks, the water has not come through it at a very powerful rate, even with the extra burst button pressed doesn't improve too much. In the few weeks when things were rather better, they were brilliant and there doesn't seem to be a logical explanation about why things were rather better for short period. We've tolerated it until now, but want to know if there some adjustment that can be made to the control box. I cannot seem to locate the booklet which came with it, which might help. Has anyone got any ideas?

I thought I would follow up my original post.
I was in touch with their customer services and I explained the problem. They arranged to deliver a new hose as sometimes the white inner lining becomes twisted and restricts the water flow. I did as they suggested and it solved the problem.

hi, i have this shower and this problem has just happened to me, i have unplugged it from the mains for approx 5 minutes and then plugged it back in and it seems to be fine, its worth a try!!

i would agree - check with the installer - the shower has 2 fine filters mounted inline were the hot and cold feeds enter the main box - these may be blocked.
Aqualisa also give a 5 year (i think) guarantee on this unit so call them out to investigate.

Sounds very unusual, Nothing that i am aware of that can be adjusted inside the control box. I would advise getting in touch with their customer service dept and take advantage of the guarantee. Or perhaps get in touch with your installer and ask if he flushed the system through before connecting the shower up (possibly something got stuck in one of the pipes)
