Sony Ericsson K800i Cybershot won't switch on, red led flashes on bottom right hand side of phone, have been told that the software has locked up. How do I unlock it?
Phone is out of warranty.

hi, go to site, www,sonyericsson.com/support and look for down load software, follow the instructions and the phone should work again you will need the cable that connects the phone to the usb, port on a computer, the only problem is that you will lose the pictures on your phone, i did but the phone works ok now.
