My washer keeps BANGING on spin cycle?

My washer keeps BANGING on spin cycle...any kind of fabric or loads.....I redistribute the weight inside, and it still does it. Do I need to level it, or is it and INTERNAL machine problem?
thanks

hi there mrs mario
providing ur on a level ground..

certainly your problem sounds like the brake solinoid, this part is responisble for pulling on and releasing the brake.
when ur machine washes the brake will pull on allowing only the agitator to turn in the middle, on a spin cycle the brake is released and allows the bowl to spin as well. if the brake isnt released then the aggaitor will spin around only causing the bowl to turn but only because the clothes are being thrown up against the side of the bowl causing it to go out of balance. the clothes twill be still wet when the spin cycle is finally finished.

need any more help leave another message can help u along
