Remove wiper arms, take out the 3 screw covers on plastic trim where wiper arms are sited unscrew and remove the trim. Open bonnet and pull off the rubber trim at the back where the wiper motor and bottle wash is; unscrew & remove the plastic trim covering the washer bottle. Now it gets tight! To the right of the bottle you will see a black cylinder with an electrical fitting on top, that's the washer pump. Unclip the connection by pushing the bar in and pull it away from the motor. Now, gently pull the motor down and away from the bottle, it will eventually come away. You will the see a black grommet where the motor went into the bottle, that is the bottle/motor filter and will be blocked. You have to get hold of the grommet and pull it out BUT be very careful that you don't push it in as it is down to pure luck getting it back out. If you do push it in, I found that pouring copious amounts of water into the bottle flushed the filter back to the hole and you can then use a pair of pin nosed pliers to get hold of it.Once its out give it a good rinse and gently push it back into the bottle and reassemble. Good Luck.
