How do you fix a clutch on a Honda 214 self propelled lawn mower?

The clutch will not disengage. Also, when I put starter fluid in, it will run for about 5 seconds or less then quit!

my advice is,go to your local halfords shop, and buy haynes lawnmower repair manual as this is covered in there manual piece by piece.aproach with caution! or contact your local service dealer

When the air is thick/moggy and hot those engines have been known for playing up.
