How do I adjust the clutch on a 93 ford fiesta?

The car over revs when I apply 3rd gear. I think the clutch cable needs adjusting. Does anybody know how to do this?

Ford Fiesta K reg 1993 - 1994 1.3cc 5 door.

Hi. The clutch is adjusted automatically on this one. It sounds like the clutch has just worn out or has got oil on it. Gearbox out job I'm afraid. Ouch!
