Potterton Puma boiler - low pressure, no hot water or heat - HELP!?

Hi,

I have the low pressure light on, there isn't any hot water or heat. THe pilot light has gone out as well. I'm able to light it again but it won't stay lit. Is this something I can fix myself?

Thanks!!!

you need to top up the system pressure you do this via a crome pipe that goes from 1 pipe linked to another just turn both taps on until the low pressure light goes off or the boiler fires up then turn both taps back off.

yes, the water pressure is low on boiler. If you look on the bottom of boiler at rfront right hand side there's an opening the pressure gauge is there, the needle will be on 0 or there abouts.

There should be two valves near the boiler may be capped or with a silver hose connecting the two. If there's no hose fitted you'll need to get one (check on top of boiler), if the hose is there open the valve until the pressure reaches 1.5 bar and the boiler will work. Remember to turn combi fill valve off again
