Hi, Just done this on my wifes car today. The adjuster is underneath the car, under where the handbrake lever is. There's a heat sheild above the exhaust which needs to come off first, only three screws. Then you see the cables and the adjuster nut and locknut. Tighten the nuts to shorten the lever travel. If there's no more adjustment available, you'll have to take the rear drums off and manually wind the brake adjusters a touch - the auto adjusters inside drums don't stay working properly for long. Slacken the handbrake adjuster right off before you start the drums. The hub nut is a 30mm. If the drums difficult to get off, bolt the wheel back on - gives much mre leverage! Inside, towards the top, between the two shoes is a cylinder with a serated winder on one end. Turn until you see more threads appearing. Keep turning a few times when the drum just slides over the shoes with a little resistance. (I wound about three whole turns on each side). Do the same to both sides, then adjust the handbrake up from underneath. Hope this helps?!
