MY WIPERS ON MY CITROEN BERLINGO MUTISPACE HAVE HAD AN INTERMITTENT FAULT FOR NEARLY 12 MONTHS,SOMETIMES WORKING ON ALL SETTINGS AND SOMETIMES NOT,BUT ALWAYS WORKING ON FAST SPEED.NOW THEY WILL ONLY WOK ON FAST AND YOU HAVE TO TIME SWITHING THEM OFF TO GET THEM TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN.ANY IDEAS ,IF SO TRY AND GIVE ME AN ANSWER HOW TO MEND PLEASE.

well i think the delay of wipers is controlled by this unit thats plugged in to fuse board assy, and it could be at fault, is it possible to try another one from another vehicle or your local breakers ,its much easier to check than motor.

could be timer/relay that is plugged, i think, in relay/fuse board o/s lower dash,
