my lights are stuck on high beam i have to hold the stalk towards me whilst driving to keep them on dipped. what can i do ??

U WILL FIND THAT YOUR INDICATOR STALK IS KNACKERED I CHANGED MINE GOT IT FROM A SCRAP YARD AROUND A TENNER
