vauxhall zafira 2.0 DTi 2005?

ON START UP, WHEN ENGINE UNDER LOAD, TERRIBLE RATTLING NOISE COMING FROM ENGINE. DEALERSHIP FITED 4 FLYWHEELS AND TESTED INJECTORS. 6 WEEKS LATER THEY SAY ITS CHARACTERISTIC AND WONT HELP. ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROB/ GOT THIS NOISE ON THEIRS. NOT SURE WHERE TO GO NEXT.UNDER WARRANTY FOR ANOTHER 6 MONTHS

Take the car back to the dealership. flywheel's are outside the engine and make no noise as they just spin, it's what the flywheel's run via the drive belt that make's the noise i.e the oil pump, water pump and crank ect. Think they have stuffed up and realised they have and don't want to correct thier mistake as a major engine repair/strip down to correct a broken pump will cost them.
