Hi the torque setting is 22ft/lbs or 30Nm initially then tighten by 90deg then by a further 90deg but you must use new bolts the sequence is:-
9 3 1 5 7
8 6 2 4 10
8&9 are by the thermostat housing bolt 2 is between 3&4 spark plugs
