WHAT IS THE L4-02 CODE ON A SHARP ARM 450 COPIER?

I HAVE HAD THE SERVICE MGR OF THE COMPANY WE BOUGHT IT FROM OUT 4 DAYS IN A ROW NOW. AS SOON AS HE GETS IT RUNNING AND I MAKE MY COPIES FOR THE DAY AND SHUT IT OFF TO GO HOME. THE NEXT DAY I COME IN AND START IT UP AND BEFORE I CAN ENTER MY 5 DIGIT CODE IT GIVES ME THE "CALL FOR SERVICE L4-02 ERROR CODE" IT'S DRIVING MY CRAZY

There is a problem with the drive system. Check all the jammed parts either in the developer unit, drum unit, fuser unit or the dive unit at the back of the machine. I would advice you check one part at a time and rectify.
