HOW CAN I FIX MY RAVENHEAT BOILER?

I also have a gas ravenheat boiler model number Rsf 820/20 which fires up when hot water is required but wont fire up when i put the central heating on??

sounds like flow switch. this is part of the divertor valve (brass round part in the centre. £80+ just 4 the part.
