Oven isn't heating up ?

My Neff oven (fitted) U1410/ U1420 does not heat up. The fan is working and the red temperature light comes on at the switch. The bottom oven and grill below (separate to the main oven) are working fine. Will it be the element and if so how do I repair it?

sounds like element. same thing happened to us, but with bottom oven. bit fiddly taking off panels at back, but take time, and if need be, take some photo's with digital camera to remind you where any bits and pieces go.

All ok now.!!

TURN OFF POWER AT WALL BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE.
May need help if fitted oven, because you'll need to get at back of oven. at rear of oven, there should be 2 coloured wires with connectors, which will clip (push on, pull off) onto the two terminals of the element. once these are off, you just need to physically remove the element, and swap with new one. How you remove depends on whether is fan assisted or not?
