sounds like water pump failure,u can empty machine by hand,pull mashine away from wall,take outlet hose lower whole hose into a large bowl,washing up bowl etc ,it will gravity emtpy,at least u can waching out of machine tho soaking,unless u have good nowhow of machines u should get a qualified person to check pump
