how can I get rid of white line going down the middle of evrey page?

I have a solid white line on every page that is faxed to me. How do I get rid of that line?

I fixed it myself by taking the drum out and rotating the toner cartridge. I also sprayed canned air through the machine and voila!, white line gone!
