How to fix my indesit wg1285x?

The door lock indicator is on all the time. The machine spins but the water stuck in there and doesnt come out from the hose. What should I do

cheak the filter of your pump cheak for blockages if there is no blockages cheak your hose if your hose is alright then you need to phone indesit helpline.
