Does anybody know why there is no steam coming from my steam glider 2200?

I noticed somebody else has this same problem,await an answer from somebody hopefully.

I think you might have to change your filter & check that the tank is inhstalled properly. i had this problem for ages! i don't suppose anyone knows about replacement tanks?? they're good irons but they fall off the ironing board really easily!!!
