Remove the 6 screws that hold the bottom cover. You should see two pulleys. The larger one turns the mixing paddle. I suspect that the center of this larger pulley has come apart. If it has that is your problem. Now you need to find a replacement pulley . . . good luck . . . if you find one let me know because i have the same problem.
