ford fiesta valve problem!!!!?

I have a 1995 ford fiesta 1.3. I have tighten the valves up with a feeler gauge. But now it does not start.What shall I do?

also did you set them in correct sequence?

What gaps did you set them to? If you have tightened them too much you will lose compression and it won't start. Gap should be 0.20mm inlet and 0.30mm exhaust when cold for HCS 1.3 engine. They may still be a bit noisy at this but they all are.
