Can I paint over an existing company logo on my cargo trailer?

I recently purchased a used white Carson enclosed trailer and it has a huge company logo painted on both sides. Can I paint over it, if so what steps and paint do you recommend and is there hope it will blend in with the rest of the trailer.

Is the logo on your trailer paint or plastic,
If paint, you will have to flat the paintwork down to remove edges and get a uniform surface, and then get a tin of Barcote aerosol from either car spares shop or automotive paint supplies and spray over the area that you have rubbed down. You can the paint over the logo / sign without the old paint "reacting".
If plastic letters are used, use a hair dryer and warm up the logo or signwriting , peel them off and wipe over with petrol on a rag and this will take off the adhesive.
