I've changed bothe front and rear discs and pads on my Renault Megane. On bleeding the brakes the foot pedal is firm until I start the car and the servo kicks in and the foot pedal become spongy again.

Can you advise please

Yeah gotta be air somewhere, check for leaks that could suck air in etc, Does the servo work ok? Not convinced it would cause these symptoms but worth a check all the same.Good luck

You still have air in the system, they need a lot of bleeding if you have had the master cylinder off.
