Gainsborough 8.5 scl running cold?

I also have a gainsborough 8.5 that has suddenly gone cold, i have checked and there is power getting in.
This sounds like a common problem? Does anyone know what usually causes this?

Hi Neil,
This is a common problem if the shower head/lead has been replaced or is simply blocked. You will need to replace the PRD Pressure Relief Device. These are readily available from showerdoc.co.uk
