Can anyone help. I have a Biasi boiler which had a knocking noise when it first started from cold. I added a water treatment to the system and 2 days later we have no hot water. As soon as the water starts to get luke warm the boiler locks out. I am guessing either the dhw thermostat or something to do with the diverter valve. Has anyone got any ideas?

Its difficult without hearing the noise or seeing the boiler operate for me to guess your problem.

I suspect you may have two faults.

The 28s often gets scaled up because the installer does not set the max CH correctly.
