the flame is low on all burners for a while its anewworld vantage model?

when i light the gas it takes a while for it to go to a high flame it seems worse when the central heating is on any reason? newworld make vantage model

Could be low gas pressure, but I seem to remember having a gas hob once that always started on a low setting as some sort of safety feature regardless of how high you turned the switch when lighting it. Can't remember what make it was, but it would have been about 20 years ago, so if yours is that old, it may be normal, and something you just have to get used to.
