how do i set up diesel fuel pump timing on 1998 mondeo?

i have just bought a r reg mondeo but fuel pump is gone i have a pump now but how do i set up timing

hi
You need a set of pin's to set the timing up with the fuel pump . If you've not marked the exact position of the pump before you've taken the old one off suggest you take it to a garage to get your timing reset exactly. Sorry .
