Drive belt & rollers on a 51plate Aerox 100?

Can anyone tell me how to change the drive belt and rollers on a 51 plate Aerox 100? I am guessing this is the problem as it struggles to get to about 20-25mph and then its fine above that. It has been stood for a year...any other suggestions/websites would be appreciated. Thanks
